«Trikolor of TV» continues to develop additional services and since August, 18th "TV-mail" suggests spectators to use new service. By means of "TV-mail" you can look through text messages and the pictures sent to you by e-mail, directly on the screen of the TV. Now for sending of messages it is necessary to have access to the Internet, further to create and send letters it will be possible from a mobile phone (by means of SMS or a WAP-site wap.tricolor.tv). В настоящее время для отправки сообщений необходимо иметь доступ в Интернет, в дальнейшем создавать и отправлять письма можно будет с мобильного телефона (посредством SMS или WAP-сайта wap.tricolor.tv).

Want to surprise friends pleasantly? To congratulate on an anniversary native, living in other city? Use service "TV-mail", and your relatives will see your message directly on the TV screen. Воспользуйтесь услугой «ТВ-Почта», и ваши близкие увидят ваше сообщение прямо на экране телевизора.

Service is accessible only to owners of receivers of models DRE-4000, DRE-5000, DRS-5001, GS-7300, updated the software to version 3.0.15 (How to update the receiver software? See the instruction>>). To use service «TV Mail» with other accepting devices, receivers, modules of conditional access, etc. it is technologically impossible. Использовать услугу «ТВ Почта» с другими принимающими устройствами, приемниками, модулями условного доступа и т.п. технологически невозможно.

HOW TO BECOME THE USER OF "TV-MAIL"
Before to start to use TV-mail, be registered. Registration procedure can be carried out through the Internet or by sending of a sms from your mobile phone.

Variant 1: Registration through the Internet (free of charge)
1) Pass to TV-mail site under the reference http://mail.tricolortv.ru/accounts/login/?next=/
2) Choose a tab "Registration";
3) Fill all fields of the offered form and press to "Send". Be especially attentive at input 12-unit DRE ID your receiver! (How to learn DRE ID?>>) (Как узнать DRE ID? >>)
4) Include your TV and the receiver and wait TV-letter with an activation code. On the new letter to you will inform appeared in the top left corner of the screen a post envelope. To read the message, press button OK on the panel of your receiver twice. The message contains the code of activation necessary for end of procedure of registration. Чтобы прочесть сообщение, дважды нажмите кнопку OK на пульте вашего ресивера. Сообщение содержит код активации, необходимый для завершения процедуры регистрации.
5) Again pass to a site of TV-mail and choose a tab "Activation". Fill the offered form, having entered thus an activation code into a corresponding field, and press to "Send".
6) Wait messages of TV-mail on successful registration. The letter with registration acknowledgement will come on your receiver, as to item 4.
7) On termination of registration you become the owner of a mail box with the format address [ваш_логин] @tricolortv.ru (for example: mymail@tricolortv.ru). All letters sent on this electronic address, will be displayed on the screen of your TV. For access to the mail box pass to a site of TV-mail and enter login and the password specified at registration. Все письма, отправленные на этот электронный адрес, будут отображаться на экране вашего телевизора. Для доступа к своему почтовому ящику перейдите на сайт ТВ-Почты и введите логин и пароль, указанные при регистрации.

Variant 2: Registration by means of SMS (cost of sending of one sms makes 17-19 roubles, exact cost learn from your operator of cellular communication)
1) Send the kind message

2) Include your TV and the receiver and wait messages of TV-mail with an activation code. On the new letter to you will inform appeared in the top left corner of the screen a post envelope. 4) In case of successful registration to you the reciprocal sms in which you will contain login and the password necessary for access to service of TV-mail will come.
5) On termination of registration you become the owner of a mail box with the format address [желаемое_имя_ящика] @tricolortv.ru (for example: mymail@tricolortv.ru). All letters sent on this electronic address, will be displayed on the screen of your TV. For access to the mail box pass to a site of TV-mail and enter login and the password specified at registration. Все письма, отправленные на этот электронный адрес, будут отображаться на экране вашего телевизора. Для доступа к своему почтовому ящику перейдите на сайт ТВ-Почты и введите логин и пароль, указанные при регистрации.

HOW TO SEND THE MESSAGE?
1) you can send the message of TV-mail from any electronic mailing address. To send the message «Trikolor of TV», registered by system of TV-mail and having a mail box with the format address *** @tricolortv.ru is possible only for the subscriber.
2) Create the message, specify a theme and enter the e-mail address of the addressee (a format *** @tricolortv.ru).
Attention! Creating the message and adding pictures, remember that the receiver of the addressee displays only the first 800 symbols of the message (including blanks) and only one image enclosed to the letter. If your message is longer than 800 symbols and contains more than one investment, the addressee can see it completely only in the mail box. Если ваше сообщение длиннее 800 символов и содержит более одного вложения, адресат сможет просмотреть его полностью только в своем почтовом ящике.
3) Press to "Send".
New letters appear in the receiver within 20 minutes from the moment of reception by their post server tricolortv.ru. Investments are delivered separately, within 2 hours. While the investment isn't delivered, in the list of letters opposite to heading of the letter with an investment the icon of partially loaded image is displayed. After delivery of an investment it changes on an icon of completely loaded image. Пока вложение не доставлено, в списке писем напротив заголовка письма с вложением отображается иконка частично загруженного изображения. После доставки вложения она меняется на иконку полностью загруженного изображения.

HOW TO READ THE MESSAGE?
1) Each time when on your receiver the new message comes, in the left top corner of the screen appears a badge of a post envelope. To pass to the list of letters, press button OK on the receiver panel. For viewing of the concrete message choose it from the list, moving the cursor buttons Upwards and Downwards, and then press OK. Для просмотра конкретного сообщения выберите его из списка, перемещая курсор кнопками Вверх и Вниз, а затем нажмите OK.
2) If the received letter contains the enclosed picture, wait, while the investment will be loaded on the receiver completely. During loading in the list of letters opposite to the letter with an investment the icon of partially loaded image is displayed.
Upon termination of loading of an investment you can see it, having pressed dark blue button FAV on the receiver panel.
3) to clean the message from the screen, press button Exit.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW
If you have read the letter in the mail box before it has been delivered to the receiver in the receiver it won't appear.
The receiver stores in memory and displays no more than 20 messages simultaneously, removal of old letters occurs automatically. The letters removed from the receiver, are still accessible through the web interface on a site http://mail.tricolortv.ru.

If you want to remove any letter, without waiting, while it will be forced out"by new letters, execute following actions:
1) disconnect the receiver from power supplies network;
2) enter into your mail box through the web interface http://mail.tricolortv.ru, find the letter which want to remove, and remove it from a box;
3) wait for 40 minutes;
4) include the receiver.
